Who is eligible for the student discount?

Our student discount is available to all full-time and part-time students enrolled at accredited educational institutions, including universities, colleges, and high schools. This includes undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students. You must be able to provide valid proof of current enrollment.

How long is my student verification valid?

Your student verification is valid for 12 months from the date of approval. You will need to re-verify your student status annually to continue enjoying the discount benefits. We'll send you a reminder email 30 days before your verification expires to make the renewal process easy.

What documents are accepted for verification?

We accept the following forms of verification:

• Official student ID card with a valid expiration date
• Enrollment letter on institutional letterhead
• Class schedule for the current term/semester
• Transcript showing current enrollment
• Verification through your university email address

All documents must show your full name, the name of your institution, and a date confirming current enrollment.

Can I share my student discount with others?

No, our student discount program is strictly for individual students and cannot be shared. Each student must create their own account and complete the verification process individually. Accounts found to be sharing discounts may be suspended, and the discount privilege may be revoked.

What if my verification is rejected?

If your verification is rejected, we'll send you an email explaining the reason. You can submit a new verification request with additional documentation. Common reasons for rejection include unclear documents, expired IDs, and information that doesn't match across documents.

Do online students qualify for the discount?

Yes, online students enrolled at accredited institutions are eligible for the student discount, provided they can provide valid proof of enrollment. This includes students enrolled in fully online programs as well as hybrid programs.
